It seems that the latest balance patch nerfed Keltullis so he can destroy himself now. I wonder why would they do smth like that but we have what we have – play accordingly.
This is the most fun MO deck I`ve played so far. Interesting, unique and very surprising for your opponent. Here is how your gameplan should look like:
1) Try to win round 1 with your thrive units, witchers, riders and lacerate if you are on blue coin.
2) If you feel that you can`t keep up in tempo in R1 or you`re on red coin – save cards that will prevent bleeding (witchers, riders, Caldwell)
3) Round 3 strategy:
Start with Thunderbolt potion. The next step depends on the possibility of your opponent having Scorch: if you expect it try to make immune Barbegazi with Avallach and then play Keltullis so he will not be your highest unit; if you don`t – just smash Keltullis, buff it once with Thunderbolt potion and make him immune with your leader. Then you play Avallach, buff him with second charge of thunderbolt potion. If he survives you just make your Babegazi immune and win the game. Even if Barbegazi die we are in a much better spot than our opponent since we have some deathwish units, artifacts and Villem. Tainted Ale is here to help killing low HP units to get more value from our Kelltullis. Usually you finish the game by killing enemy highest unit with Geralt if you didn`t use him earlier in the game.
